Jim Lewis (5 June 1941 - February 21, 1995) was the developer of modern Astrocartography.[1] For his work in this field, he received the Marc Edmund Jones award in 1978,[2] and the Regulus Award for Discovery, Innovation, and Research at the United Astrology Congress in 1992.[3]
Locational astrology is an old concept, but Lewis developed and expanded the field, using detailed maps and modern software. He trademarked the term Astro*Carto*Graphy, registration of which is still maintained by the Astro*Carto*Graphy Living Trust (US Serial No: 75667982, searchable through TESS)[4]
